Senior Commons at Powder Mill collecting for the Military Order of the Purple Heart

Throughout March, you can help combat-wounded Veterans and their families by donating new socks and toiletry items such as toothbrushes, tubes of toothpaste, soaps, shampoos, and towels. All donations will benefit the Military Order of the Purple Heart, an organization composed of combat-wounded Veterans that foster an environment of goodwill and camaraderie, promote patriotism, support necessary legislative initiatives, and most importantly, provide service to all Veterans and their families.

Drop off your donations to Senior Commons at Powder Mill, 1775 Powder Mill Road in York between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. To learn more about the Military Order of the Purple Heart, please visit www.purpleheart.org/.
